The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Málaga, Paseo de Reding, a beautiful residential zone with an unbeatable location. It is strategically located and within a few minutes you can find the most representative places in the city: it is just 3 minutes walking from the La Malagueta Cultural Center, 5 minutes from the beach, 9 minutes on foot from Plaza de la Merced, 10 from the Picasso Museum, 14 from the University; additionally, it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets, and leisure areas that you will love.



For stays of 28 days or more, take into account the following information:

1. You must sign a lease agreement

2. Supplies such as electricity, water, and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
