We stayed for 7 days .A/C wasn’t working.Refrigerator wasn’t working.Bidet was working ,try to change room ,but they said every room are same They wasn’t going to help.

The staff were great. Breakfast was basic - more egg options would be good (other than scrambled - maybe hard boiled would be easy). Some hotels use sprays to cover smells and this is not a good idea as a distinctive unpleasant old hotel smell develops over time. Don’t know how you would get rid of it but it’s worth trying as everything else was good!

Great staff at Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping but bedrooms are small, and breakfast room was very busy. Probably not a hotel we’d book again.
