Una estancia fenomenal.

Desde la recepción por parte de la señora encargada de entregarnos las llaves hasta la entrega de las mismas, estupendo. Un detalle, había muchas baldosas del suelo rotas y/o sueltas. Todo lo demás, ideal. Hemos disfrutado una muy agradable estancia y hemos descansado.

Property was well cleaned and ready for our stay

Property was spacious and well maintained, we went around and checked all linen had been freshly washed. Sofas were overused, but covered with washed blankets for that reason. My lady wanted extra cleanliness, so we took some extra antibacterial wipes and did dusting upon arrival. There was fridge, tv, wifi and oven available at our disposal, so we almost felt like home. Annoying part was that there was no kettle and hairdryer, and cooking appliances were really old. Property was in very convenient location, bus stop to town just outside 20 meters away, bus ticket top up also just outside in tobacco shop ,mercadona supermarket was also very close, so we felt like at home. Lady met us upon arrival, handed keys and explained everything in spanish what to expect. Owner of house was available to contact anytime if any concerns. Overall this was a good and fun stay, price was very reasonable too. We will be coming back for sure as this was really nice holiday and no problems with this service. Got what we paid for definitely, thank you Maria!

CASA BIEN PROPIETARIA MAL!!!

llamamos para informar de que llegariamos a las 21h del viernes.Cuando llegamos, la casa no estaba terminada; aun estaban recogiendo ropa tendida y haciendo camas, encima, nos pide dinero extra porque en lugar de llegar a las 21h llegamos a las 21.15 h. A su vez, nos informan de que si manchamos de maquillaje las toallas se nos descontarán de nuestra fianza. cuando nos disponemos a cenar, nos encontramos con que tan solo hay vasos y cubiertos para 5 personas, cuando el piso es de 8 y tan solo 1 rollo de papel higienico. Por supuesto, informe de aquello a la propietaria la cual me invitó a comprarlos yo (que estoy por dos días de vacaciones) y pasarle la factura. DE VERGÜENZA!!! todo ello, debo decir que no hubiera sido problema si se es amable pero la señora de la casa fue extremadamente exigente desde el primer momento y muy desconsiderada , lo cual no estuvo para nada a la altura con la falta de detalles que tenia la casa.

Appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situé par rapport au centre, accessible à pied en peu de temps ; il faut un peu tourner dans le quartier en voiture pour se garer sans avoir à payer. Le niveau de confort de l'appartement est bon, néanmoins l'équipement en vaisselle pourrait être étoffé : par exemple, il n' y a ni tasse, ni bol, ni mug, seulement 9 verres.

Estupenda!!

El apartamento está estupendo y muy bien ubicado, pasamos unos dias y nos sentimos como en casa. A pesar del calor el aire acondicionado facilitó la estancia. Los supermercados, la playa, el centro...todo a mano. Repetiremos!

Appartement fonctionnel à prix d'ami

L'appartement est très bien situé géographiquement, dans un immeuble très propre. Arrivés de l'aéroport, moins de 5' depuis la gare. On peut se rendre à pieds au centre ville en 20 minutes et pour les moins courageux il y a les bus à moins de 300 m. Les seuls reproches seraient l'absence de chauffage d'appoint (jusqu'à fin février, apporter un bon pyjama), la literie de la chambre matrimoniale qui grince au moindre mouvement et l'insuffisance d'ustensiles de cuisine (mais vu les prix à Malaga, il n'est pas très utile de cuisiner souvent). Mais ces critiques sont dérisoires compte tenu du prix payé et tous les autres aspects positifs. La météo était déjà printanière et Malaga est une ville merveilleuse. Encore merci à Maria Dolores.

nice apartment for a nice price

We spent 1 week in Malaga. The apartment was very good. It's very sunny, spacious, well –equipped, comfortable. It has got 3 separate rooms and one living room - bedroom. The beds are ok, the kitchen has everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom is ok, as well. The location is perfect - just a few steps from the railway station and a few minutes from the beach. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. The supermarket is very close – just across the street, and another one is in the railway station shopping centre. The kitchen is well equipped except for one thing – no kettle. We were in January and there is no heating system in the flat and it was a little cold in the evenings but it may be general there, no heating in flats. The flat is clean, in good state, with everything you need during your holiday. The description is accurate. Everything is as described. I recommend it.

Tranquilidad y limpieza

El piso estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para nuestras vacaciones. Estaba muy bien comunicado, muy cerca de la playa y del centro de la ciudad. Muy tranquilo.
