The Rural House "Casa Rural Cupiana" is an isolated individual house with three bedrooms, with garden and pool for exclusive use, located on a fenced plot of about 3000 m2.

Its privileged enclave, the heart of the province of Malaga, isolated in the heart of nature, guaranteeing total privacy and tranquility. It is equipped with central heating by hot water radiators in the rooms and wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, barbecue area, free Wifi access and parking area within the farm.

The access to the property and the private plot area is made through a motorized iron gate through which you access the garden area. On your right you will find an area enabled to park your vehicle.

The farm has a spacious living room equipped with a 6-seater table, sofa, wood-burning fireplace and 50 "TV with USB input. Its decoration in white tones, combined with wooden furniture, create a rustic, warm and cozy atmosphere.

Next to the living room on the left side is the independent rustic style kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances washing machine and complete kitchenware.

The bedroom is accessed from the left side of the living room. The first bedroom consists of a 1.35 cm double bed, two bedside tables with a small warm light lamp, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe where you can store your luggage during their stay.

Through the left side of the main bedroom you can access the two bedrooms with two single beds placed perpendicularly and separated by a small bedside table.

These bedroom is decorated mixing the blue or lilac, to give a cheerful and cozy touch.

Next to it is the bathroom, formed by a sink with mirror in the dressing area, Wc and a large wooden shower. The shower has double function, manual use and waterfall effect ..

The exterior area of the house is divided into three parts, two front and rear porches, the garden area and the pool area. On the porch are distributed a table of 4 seats with their corresponding and two hammocks. This area of the house is perfect to organize a family barbecue, eat outdoors or take a bath of salt water completely in privacy.
