"My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment in Galatina in April 2024. One of the highlights of our trip was staying in this well equipped, perfectly located home in the historic district. Staying in the historic district, walking to the local coffee shop every morning on a cobble stoned street were some of the elements that provided that authentic experience we were looking for. The apartment is on three levels and has been beautifully and tastefully redone. Our favorite was the terrace area off the kitchen where we sat each night drinking a glass of wine and listening to the church bells and cooing of the pigeons. I think it very roomy for a couple with three separate areas to enjoy (bedroom bathroom / living room / kitchen & terrace). There is also a second bathroom on the third level. The kitchen had modern appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, etc with other little unexpected touches like a blue tooth speaker and even a movie projector. The living room is relaxing and every area of the apartment was super clean and comfortable. Check in and out was so easy! The host (Jim) and property manager (Christiano) were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond what was expected. Outstanding communication and very responsive. We can't wait to go back! "The bland facade Castello Castriota Scanderbeg is hiding a small Garden Eden right in the heart of picturesque Galatina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is luxurious and furnished to a high standard. It might be worth a day of discovering it, hanging out in different nooks or on the rooftop terrace of course."

"A wonderfully peaceful location, we were able to relax and feel at home straight away. Bill was extremely helpful and friendly, willing to help out with guidance for the area. The welcome pack of essentials given our late arrival time was wonderful so we could rest after the journey. If we had specific questions Bill was always on hand and helped above and beyond what is expected. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you could need for your holiday. The private use pool was a wonderful respite from the heat of the day. We definitely intend to return to the villa to repeat the experience."
