"La vacanza trascorsa lo scorso anno dal nostro gruppo presso questa abitazione ha avuto due aspetti contrastanti. La casa è molto comoda e di recente ristrutturazione, vicino al mare e in zona tranquilla ; poco attrezzata sia per la cucina che per l' esterno. I proprietari che abitano vicino si sono dimostrati molto poco accoglienti e poco collaborativi per risolvere piccole mancanze della casa. L' impressione è stata di persone poco abituate ad affittare la casa. In varie occasioni c'è...

"We stayed in June 2016 for 9 nights in this house. We really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed and looked well tended and quite new. The house consists of two entities. We stayed in the right one suitable for 4 persons. It has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom including toilet and shower. There is one additional bathroom with washing machine. The main entrace leads directly into the kitchen/livingroom. There is a roofed veranda in the front and back with chairs and a table....

San Giovanni di Sinis is only a few minutes away by car and has several good places to eat. The beach directly in front of the house is difficult to access but a short walk brings you to an easier path. "Die Lokation ist sehr schön. Ganzes Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Man hat alles in dem Haus , um gemütlichen , stressfreien Urlaub mit der Familie zu verbringen. Unser Gastgeber Rodolfo ist super sympathisch. "Sett' 24. Il primo problema si è verificato al momento della prenotazione. Dopo aver inserito i dati sul periodo e sul numero di ospiti, è comparso l'importo del soggiorno, con la dicitura "tasse e supplementi inclusi". Ho iniziato la procedura di prenotazione e ho pagato con carta di credito l'acconto richiesto. Solo in un secondo tempo mi sono accorto che la cifra era aumentata di 62,12 euro. Ho chiesto spiegazioni via mail alla proprietaria che ha attribuito la responsabilità di ciò a VRBO....

Luisa und Giovanna, die das Haus betreuen sind sehr nett! Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ist mit dem Auto alles schnell zu erreichen."
