"This apartment exceeded our expectations. Not only was it exactly as described and as the pictures showed, it was better in real life. Very spacious lounge area with comfy seating. "A very unusual and quirky place to stay, it has been converted to a comfortable holiday home on a number of levels ( so you need to have full mobility). Our host was very warm and welcoming and we had some very interesting conversations. the beds were very comfortable , the kitchen was well equipped too. "We had a wonderful stay in this charming house located close to the beach. The house was spotless and well stocked with all the amenities. The view from the balcony over an olive grove to the sea was great - we particularly enjoyed all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners there. Also, the host, Nikolaos Kopanakis, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. To sum up, the location is really perfect for spending a most relaxed and delightful time on the south side of Crete."

"Charming, tranquil cottage in a small mountain village. Lovely daytime views of the Aegean Sea to the north across the valley below, but our favorite view was at night, looking straight up at the stars and the clearly visible Milky Way. Excellent taverna just a few steps away, though unfortunately the café mentioned by others has closed. You will find the refrigerator extremely well-stocked. "Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette petite maison très bien équipée et très propre. Tout est très bien pensé dans l’aménagement. Anna est une hôtesse très gentille et toujours pleine de délicates attentions. Elle nous a fait découvrir de nombreuses spécialités culinaires de la Crète, nous faisant très souvent des cadeaux. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, welches äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet war und in dem es an nichts fehlte. Es gab zwei Terrassen. Eine, von der aus man durch die hübschen Oleanderbüsche und Palmen zum Meer schauen konnte und eine andere, die nachmittags Schatten bot und einen sehr schönen Blick in die traumhafte Parkanlage mit unterschiedlichsten Blumen und Pflanzen bot. Vom Haus aus ließ sich der gesamte Osten von Kreta zum Wandern sehr gut erreichen....

"The house is perfect for a big group. Plenty of outdoor seating, nice pool, plenty of everything in the kitchen, good hot showers and most importantly the beds are super comfy. The drive in from the main road however, a dirt track about 1km long is not for the faint hearted Also we had issues with the wifi for 3 of our 4 days.
