"We went to Volos by mistake, we were put on the wrong ferry. The owner made us very welcome, she bought us all a toasted sandwich each, water and fruit juice. Extremely kind and friendly hotel, quiet location with a lovely taverna just around the corner."

"I loved Hotel Katia. The staff were lovely and the area was amazing. The room was much bigger than expected given the price, we had a full veranda and spacious room. The only minor inconvenience was the shower was quite small and the bathroom would cover with water as a result. Thank you so much Hotel Katia we look forward to staying again. "

"Beautiful apartment, quiet, very clean, spacious & secure. It had everything we needed for our overnight. Communication from Despina was excellent despite our late booking for same day stay. Volos is perfectly positioned between Athens & Thessaloniki to break up trip. Need to travel 3kms to get to port for excellent dining options. "

"It's worth staying here just for the view. Happily there's more reasons than that though. We spent 3 nights at Lagou Raxi and we all loved it, including my teens. The views from the hotel are spectacular whether you are on your room balcony, eating a meal on the porch or relaxing at the pool. The hotel is like a little oasis. "We booked a superior suite and had plenty of Space. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the mini Bar which was refilled every day for free. The delicious breakfast was served every Morning on the terrace with a great sea and mountain view. The Pool area was very clean, lovely maintained and had private Space. The staff was very polite, friendly and welcoming. The room Service every day was very good. "

"Sea, crystal clear, however, not recommended for those seeking sandy beaches, as it is rocky Property spotless clean, needs (maybe) some minor updating, although as it is, is absolutely fine Large rooms with breathtaking views, from the balcony, of the Pagasitic sea and the sunset Close proximity for a day trip to Trikeri and Agia Kuriakn, for fresh fish, sea urchins and lobsters and to nearby Argalasti, for fresh mountain air and good souvlaki under the platania in the village square "

"What a wonderful hotel!!! The hotel was elegant, very clean, very thought out. There wasnt anything missing. There was even a kitchenette an a Nespresso machine, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable in size. Even the elevator was pretty. Tonia who greeted us and checked us in was just lovely and as quick as you can get to satisfy your needs. In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers and aranged taxi transport to and from as we needed. Then made us all coffee. Concierge and then some. The breakfast was also fantastic. Simply an Amazing gem of a hotel with just 16 rooms!!! Wish all hotels had this type of service with a genuine smile."
