"Crete is gorgeous! We did so much exploring, we didn’t spend as much time at the apartment as we thought we would. The space is small, but clean and well furnished. The private pool and surrounding views are absolutely phenomenal. I would only take off one star off due to the heat. The owner (who is lovely) has a small indoor A/C unit set it that did help, but we were there in August and it just could not keep up. We would return despite this, but in a cooler month. "

"We had a very nice stay at Anemone Traditional Homes. Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is clean and cozy. The "Golden Beach" is in walking distance as well as some very good and affordable restaurants. We also visited beaches in the South of Crete, which are just a 40 min. drive away. It was within walking distance of the main shopping area and we never had trouble finding parking within 150m of the entrance.
