"The Jungalow was an amazing spot to begin our Hawaiian vacation. It was the perfect spot to explore upcountry and East Maui. We loved being only an hour drive to sunrise and a good spot to begin Road to Hana as well. So much adventure to explore around here. "Yes, the location is perfect--just minutes to walk into the lovely Pa'ia Town, and I did get to do quite a bit of walking (my #1 goal) while staying at Pa'ia Hale. Everything I wanted to see and do was just 5 to 15 to 30 minutes (walking and driving) from my base camp! A Catholic church is just up the street and their masses are at 7 am daily, except for one day a week and their Saturday mass was at 5 or 5:30 PM, just check their website, Holy Rosary. "The hosts were really great at answering any questions prior to check-in and also touched base with us to ensure we had all we needed. The property itself was beautiful. It was so nice waking up in the morning, having coffee on the back porch and listening to the birds. It was a pretty short/enjoyable walk to restaurants and nightlife and the driveway was awesome for quick parking of our car. Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to visit Maui!
