"We stayed here from 3 nights, at first I was worries not to check in early,We arrived early and luckily there was available room for us, from the staffs helped us with our luggages in the car, checking in, went to our rm assisted by one of their staff, requested addtl towels ( very fast respond ) breakfast was also amazing thou there is not much options but taste was great, our room door broke in the third day it was the battery died called front desk and they responded so quickly. All in all experience I can say it was excellent this place is highly recommended.10/10"

"The room was very clean, the AC worked, good water pressure in the shower, the bath towels were big and thick and clean, the bed was comfy and the linens were fresh. The hotel has its own restaurant, and there were plenty of cafes, pubs and other restaurants within walking distance. Small complaint: The people next door tended to slam their door real hard. Jarring when they did it. And the coffee at the little pastry shop is a tad over-priced. Overall: I would stay here again. And I would recommend it to my friends."

New World Makati Hotel

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. On top of the 50% discount, seniors are entitled to additional 20% off. The international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner were superb. We enjoyed the food selections. The Dining room staff gave us and excellent service. The Jasmine Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel served us excellent Chinese soup and food at a reasonable price with a senior discount. The Housekeeping Staff and services were excellent. The Concierge and Reception staff services were excellent too. The parking slot is free for each room. The hotel has 25 floors. We were at the 14th floor. Our twin bed superior room has a very good view and very comfortable beds, pillows and beddings and toiletries. We enjoyed our 10 days stay at New World Hotel Makati City Philippines."
