Modern apartment for 4 people, with a fantastic view of the city of Makarska, the sea and the Dalmatian islands of Hvar and Brac.



The apartment is on the 1st floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Brac from the terrace with seating. An awning provides shade.

The apartment is 45m² in size, with an additional 8m² terrace.



In the living area you will find a kitchen with a ceramic hob and gas stove, oven, crockery, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



The bedroom is equipped with a double bed 180x200cm and has a sea view.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

A cot and high chair for children are available on request.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, a hairdryer and a washing machine are available, as well as towels and bedding.



Satellite TV and WiFi are available free of charge. Air conditioning is available in all rooms.



In the outdoor area, a swimming pool is available for all guests of the house, as well as sun loungers and parasols.



On the ground floor of the house there is also a communal room, the Konoba, with a barbecue and seating area.



The apartment building is located in a quiet residential area, on Veliko Brdo, the hill above the city of Makarska, surrounded by olive groves and greenery. The sea and beach are about 1 km away. It is 1.5 km to the city centre of Makarska.

The swimming pool with sun loungers is available for shared use (2 other apartments in the entire house).
