"This home was absolutely idea for our family of 10 (grandparents, parents, and grandchildren). Plenty of room for each family unit to have their own space. The kids (and adults) spent a lot of time in the infinity pool. The home was very well equipped and had everything that we needed to make our stay exceptional. "We were looking for something special this year, as we had many milestones to celebrate (birthdays, graduations, etc.). This property checked all of the boxes and more. The unit is just as beautiful in person, spacious, and wonderfully layed out. The patio and plunge pool were our favorite spot for relaxing, reading, and watching the sunset. "Very clean property with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need and more. Minimal decor, not a lot of Knick Knacks around. Feels like your own space not like you are staying at someone’s home. My Down syndrome son especially liked the small pool and hot tub right outside his room. We were happy to see chairs and toys in the garage for a day at the beach. The property managers were easily available when we needed them. We had a wonderful stay."

"The Wai-ula-ula condos are an excellent choice on the Big Island. Everything was fine except the twin beds in the third bedrooom are very uncomfortable and need to be replaced and the dryer needed to be unplugged and plugged a few times to get it to work. Other than that, everything else was very good."
