Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "

"I was expecting to stay on a higher floor but ends up having room at 6th floor at Kona Tower and facing with parking view of the mall 😆. I will stay there again but will make sure next time I will stay at the tall building. From front desk to room cleaner, to any worker i'd seen around are all friendly and approachable. Very good service!"
