We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. "We stayed at The Diwa Club for several nights and found it to be a peaceful, well-designed resort with many thoughtful touches. While the setting and rooms are fantastic, there are a few areas where the service and guest experience could be refined to truly deliver on its five-star rating. • Complimentary airport transfers were a great and made arrival seamless. • Communication before arrival was easy, and our room was ready immediately — a spacious, top-floor suite in the centre of the resort and we were checked in, in the room. • The birthday decorations in our room were thoughtful and beautifully done, including a towel “cake” and birthday motif on the bed. A cake and chocolates were also delivered later that day, which we appreciated. • Genuinely one of the largest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in — spacious balcony, a huge very comfortable bed with high-quality linens, and a very large bathroom with dual sinks and wardrobes. A great sleep every night. • The room’s lighting system deserves a mention — the “Night Time” mode keeps soft guide lights on, which was a well-designed touch for late-night bathroom trips. • The 4pm tea/coffee with light Indian snacks and the 6pm evening drink and tapas are a nice idea, though in practice underwhelming. All in all a lovely place would recommend the Club as only a little more expensive than the main hotel. "
