However, we did encounter some issues upon check-in; we had to wait an hour due to a faucet repair, and the water initially ran brown in our room. Despite these setbacks, we still enjoyed our stay overall. It’s worth noting that we found a better deal on Expedia, saving 800 pesos even with the hotel’s promotional rate."
