"The staff for super friendly and helpful it's a little hard finding stuff in the place cuz it's so big but anytime I seen someone that work there and had to ask for directions they were super helpful. The only thing I didn't like is I had two different rooms during my stay cuz I booked an extra day and my second room didn't have paper towels and laundry soap like the other room did and I had needed to wash some clothes but I had brought a little bit of laundry with me so I had to just use that.And the first from we stayed in everybody I guess was booked in one area and there was no parking so I had to park across the street cuz there was plenty of parking available at those buildings."

"We had a great stay. Linda Carter was exceptional helping us get checked in and making sure we were in the correct room"

"Property was clean, comfortable, nice staff, AND reasonably priced, and as advertised very close to Universal. They offered free transport to and from Universal. Walking distance from restaurants. We would for sure stay there again."
