Hôtel Le St Patrice

"Fun location -- walkable to everything in town - less than 15 minute walk to the abbey and to the Quebec Square area from which many of the DDay beach tours depart. Great little kitchenette. Spacious room with comfortable bedding and basic kitchenware. Would be ideal for a longer stay. Kitchen table with 4 chairs. Would have comfortably slept a family of 4. The lovely woman who ran the front desk was charming, kind, and so helpful. She helped us park our car -- above an beyond -- and made us feel that it was okay. Her English was amazing yet she also patiently listened to me attempt to speak in French. She is a shining example of the many amazing kind French persons we met on our too short journey. While this was accurately described in listings, I wish they had shampoo and conditioner. Hard to purchase for just one of the properties we visited. Nice breakfast and a comfortable breakfast room."

"The place was neat and clean. It appeared new. Staff were polite and helpful. Very accommodating. The only issue was that our room had limited space for our suitcases and it was a little noisy. When brought to management’s attention the issue was resolved."

"Excellent hotel. Great staff. I speak French, but there were a lot of English speakers there and they were very well accommodated. Nice large room and bathroom. Traditional breakfast items and a bar on property. The only downside is there’s no elevator."

"A warm reception from the staff, good English which always makes me feel guilty! Clean, comfortable and well maintained with every staff member engaging, helpful and professional. Rooms were comfy, food although a limited choice, was well prepared and tasty. Breakfast though was a little light on choice, but was ok. It has a small gym and a heated pool. My one little criticism is if it's raining there is nowhere outside that is covered. What i mean is there are no overhanging shelters of any kind. So if you are a smoker then rain will mean you need an umbrella. Other than that, plenty of parking, good location close to the memorial museum and only 30 mins from the ferry"
