"Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived, throughout my stay, until the very moment I checked out. Thank you to all the staff there for their graciousness and kindness! Room was spacious, bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome - right off the river - and easily walkable to Old Town Vilnius, where I had the best foods and drinks of my life."

"The only thing we did not like was the lighting system. It was difficult to figure out. Also, the light in the bathroom went on at night and stayed on for a while. We’re sure you have this for safety reasons, but it was quite irritating and lit up the room at night. Other than that it was wonderful. "

"Brief stay before an early flight. Great location - easy to get to by bus from Vilnius, and although it is just a 5 minute walk from the airport, the rooms were super quiet. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Staff were great, and we were able to have a grab and go breakfast (although someone had already grabbed most of it!) to take with us. Had a very good (if short) sleep. Highly recommend. "

"Great hotel in an ideal location, on the edge of Vilnius' old town but also facing some beautiful greenery towards the Three Crosses monument (which is visible from most rooms). We paid a little more for rooms with balconies, which was a great added bonus. The rooms were spacious and modern, although bathrooms could have benefitted from a walk-in shower and better ventilation - but these are minor issues! "
