"This hotel was *outstanding*!! The room we got was huge, and the beds were so comfortable, the view was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat. On top of that the staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was top-notch. If I could rate it higher than 5* I would in a heartbeat. "

"As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here. "

"This was by far one of the best hotels that we stayed The views were absolutely incredible. The walk ability was amazing, the breakfast and dinner restaurant were also really great. It was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at again. I can’t begin to describe how beautiful the view from all the hotel rooms and the balconies that they had. So close and walkable to everything with a gorgeous river outside would definitely come back and stay again.!"

"Friendly staff clean and modern great spa and sauna - breakfast very good and staff helpful but unobtrusive. Nice outdoor pool and room facilities with oven fridge etc. Only thing which could have been good is the tv - no english channels - however we were out taking advantage of the walks and excellent public transport with the summer card."
