"I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. Not quite silence - there are sheep a couple of fields away and the hum of insects gorging on the flowers. Walks through the fields and woods in the area from the front door.
