From suggestive views of the villa it will be possible to attend the fireworks organized by the characteristic villages of the coast, all within easy reach of this convenient and strategic location overlooking the sea. Upon reservation it twill be possible to have a live music accompaniment and take part in evocative trips to the lemon groves and paths of the Divine Coast. The villa is a few minutes by wolk from the tourist center of Maiori and only twenty minutes (by car) from Amalfi and Vietri sul mare, very close also Salerno, which, in the Christmas period, offers the unique show of “artist lights”.

LOCATION
Casa di Mare is a very panoramic accommodation facing the beach of Salicerchie. It is located in the homonymous village just a few steps away from the famous Norman Tower of Maiori. The property is set in the rock and placed next to an ancient lemon grove whose aromas inebriate the Villa’s guests as well as the bathers while enjoying the splendid Beach of Salicerchie, which is just few steps (only 150) down below, and is directly connected to the Villa by one of the typical stone-made stairs of the Amalfi Coast.
The beach is equipped with a beach club but a free area is also available. Swimming from the bay it is possible to reach some of the most spectacular caves of the coast including the famous sulfur spring cave, whose beneficial and healing waters can be easily drawn by visitors.
The horseshoe structure of the valley offers a spectacle that alternates rocks and agricultural terraces which paint themselves orange at the sunset, in an enchanted peace, secluded from the tourist clamor of the nearby Maiori. The village of Salicerche is just ten minutes walking from Maiori and it is served by an excellent bus and taxi service. The villa has also an agreement with a nearby car park that offers a free shuttle service. Spectacular places like Amalfi and Positano can be reached From Maiori in a very short time.
DESCRIPTION
The villa, which is easily accessible by a characteristic stone stair of only 15 steps, consists of two independent units communicating via an internal door and on request a fully equipped outbuilding is also available.
The first unit “Vento in poppa”, gives you the actual feeling of being on board of a sinuous sailing ship. The construction skirts the rock following its curvatures and joints, the large central balcony gives you the feeling of being suspended over the sea, the rooms follows one another offering glimpses of an infinite horizon from the luminous windows. The house offers two double bedrooms where it possible to add two single beds more and a double sofa bed located in the vast living room, two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and the other one with a shower, and a practical central kitchen.
The Villa also offers a semi-covered 80 sqm terrace which leads to the access of the lemon house. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a solarium, and a shower. The Villa is Ideal for an holiday with friends but it also is also perfect to suit the needs of a family who wants to enjoy the dream of a summer in Amalfi. This wide apartment can also be divided into two 4 beds units, completely independent one from another and with separate entrances.
The “La Cambusa dependence” is a delightful two-roomed apartment which is accessed through a short path shaded by the typical pergolas of the Amalfi Coast. The dependence is set on two levels connected by an internal drop and by the external lime staircase. The apartment is completely overlooking the sea and consists of a large bedroom on the upper floor with adjacent bathroom, and kitchen and living area, with a double sofa bed and a fireplace, on the lower floor.
From the wide terrace just outside the kitchen it is possible to reach the beach by a private staircase that pass through the lemon grove. The terrace is equipped with a shower and it is very panoramic. With its enchanting view of the sea, the villa is perfect for a romantic escape with or without children.
The villa has a direct access to an area equipped with a barbecue and a pizza oven and shaded by a rustic pergola; this terrace also, offers a breathtaking view of the beach, the emerald sea and the landscape of the Cilento Coast that appears just like a mirage on the horizon.
