"De locatie is heel prettig zo dicht bij de snelweg en snel in het centrum. De loft is zeer minimaal en zo ook de gastvrijheid. Ik heb nog nooit zo vaak een waarscuwing gehad dat als je iets niet goed doet je een enorme geldboete krijgy. Wel Goed bed. Keuken van de lettelijkletterlijk leeg ...dat was behelpen."

"Cute apt. Loved the high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. Did not like the smelly rug in the bathroom or the lack of « cleanliness » kitchen floor and counters. I think we left it cleaner than when we arrived. I just think whoever is the cleaning lady there needs to do a better job. We didn’t bring shampoo bec it said it was provided- not completely true. The shampoo looked like left overs from previous guests. So we had to buy one at the store. We also had to buy coffee, and toilet paper...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was just what we needed; plenty of space for us two, nice view from the balcony and in a great location with everything easily walkable. We also rented a car and didn’t have any trouble finding street parking each day we ventured out."

Mehrere Anfragen nicht beantwortet, dann doch geschrieben, er könne nicht innerhalb der FeWo-App kommunizieren (was er ja gerade getan hatte), ich solle auf eine andere E-Mail-Adresse außerhalb von FeWo ausweichen. Kurz vor Anreise kommentarlos das Mietobjekt gewechselt, keine Erklärung, kein Link, mit dem man das neue Objekt mal hätte anschauen können (mindestens gleichwertig?). "Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Apartment; auf kleinem Raum in Küche und Bad ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Geschmackvolles Wohn-/Ess-/Schlafzimmer mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung. Abends kann es laut werden von Bar/Restaurant unten. Und wenn man nicht die Vorhänge zuzieht, sitzt/liegt man im 1. OG ein bißchen wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Dafür ist man aber auch mitten in der City."
