"We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh."

"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

"Everything was wonderful."

"The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. "The room was a little dated."

"We had a mouse in our room. Staff was good and moved us to a new room"

Stad was very helpful. The description of the hotel lists rooms as soundproof - they are definitely not! Hotel looks great over all, very nice and clean lobby. Rooms are clean too but nothing special. Bathrooms are ok. Very convenient location right by the highway. We would stay again"

What should have been an enjoyable father-and-son trip ended with us being accused of smoking, threatened with a $500 cleaning fee, and banned from the property. I was taking a hot shower while my son was asleep when the hotel’s smoking detection system reportedly registered an alert. Neither of us had smoked in the room. Despite explaining this to staff, we were told that their...

"Beware of this hotel if you have any issues , the staff could care less about your issues and the General Manager will not talk to you either in person , phone calls or emails"
