"Loved it"

"We arrived Saturday evening. The lobby was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were very polite and check in was quick. The room was very clean and spacious, bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It’s a few steps away from Short Pump Town Center which was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only thing that I didn’t care for was the streaming setup on the TV (Googlecast/Chromecast). It did not connect after several attempts, so we just ended up watching movies on our IPads."

"The hotel is rundown and doesn't offer a pleasant stay. Specifics: pillows are rock hard, towels are thin and insufficient, furniture is banged up, carpet is damp and sticky, walls are thin, full mattresses have replaced queen mattresses. We asked for more towels, since we were only provided 3 for 4 of us and one of them was wet -- the hotel had run out of towels, so gave us a bunch of hand towels and bathmats - yikes. About half the staff were helpful, the other half couldn't care less....

"Beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish the bathroom sink was not stained, and the bottom of the bathtub did not feel like slim film. Check-in was immediate and flawless. I had a mistaken charge to my room which was corrected within 6 hours of reporting. Great experience."
