27 Providence Place - Great Location
The location was perfect. Close to several great restaurants, marketplace, wine & spirits stores, and to public transportation. The rail station is a 15 minute walk one way, and the Thames River is a fifteen minute walk the opposite direction. The check in process was a little frustrating. I requested to check in early, but was told I need to reserve the entire previous day to check in @ 11AM. I did not receive the lock box code prior to arrival, so I had to contact the property management for this information. I waited until the 3PM to check in only to find the keys to the flat where not in the lock box as described, which required an additional phone call to the property management company. Then waited for keys to be delivered. They did response very quickly, so it could have been worse. Overall it was a fantastic stay, and we would stay again.

Having the unit right above Sainsbury is very convenient and an easy walk to the train station. The cleanliness of the property when we arrived was great.
