"This house was ideal for our 3-generation half-term holiday. There was space for the little ones to roar around but also the opportunity for the oldies to find a peaceful corner. The village is relatively remote so we had to do quite a lot of driving to find entertainment for the junior members or history for the seniors but it was a delight to return to peace and quiet. And the pub serve us well!"

"Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury, Max Gate (National Trust) and Athelhampton House - will definitely be back as lots more to see. A great value mini-break, thank you! "
