"Friendly staff greeted us. We loved the location next to Regents Park and transportation into the city was close and easy either by bus or Tube. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was outstanding with a huge selection of every imaginable breakfast option. All in all a great place to stay. "

"In addition to the excellent in-house Indian cuisine, there are numerous Lebanese and Turkish restaurants along Edgeware Road. For public transportation, 3 bus routes are within a block and several tube lines are also a few blocks away. The hotel staff, especially the morning team is excellent. Rashi in particular, with her attentive service and upbeat disposition was a JOY @ breakfast. Give this woman a RAI$E! "

"Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter. "

"The Sanctum went beyond expectations. The location was excellent. A very short walk to the St John’s Wood station making it very convenient. It was a 1 block walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel service was top notch. We required business documents to be printed and they were done immediately. The rooms were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also pleasantly quiet.
