Too close to the airport, not close enough to anything else. Hour taxi ride to get to Patong, Elephant sanctuary or anywhere else worth visiting on the island. Accommodation (2 Bdrm pool villa) was ok, breakfast was below average and resort dining options were limited. Would not stay again.

Beautiful beach... difficult to sweam..a lot of waves this season...(November-April) is the best time to visit. It was cloudy most of the time and rain a lot.
