"Rooms were a nice size and clean. The Front Desk staff on checking in and checking out were not very professional. While checking in staff was on the phone ordering Chinese takeout and spoke with me while ordering. He was more attentive to his ordering than helping me. On checking out there were two staff members when really only one knew what to do which made those of us waiting to check out creating a line. The $20..00 hotel charge gave little perks. Granola bars, coffee and tea from 7 to 10 am was so minimal folks were just trying to get coffee in a small area. Very congested.. Doormen were delightful and helpful. Didn't find the elevators a problem as other reviews found."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and safe. The location was great and made everything convenient for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would love to stay here again! 😊"

"This was our second time staying here! Our first visit was just my husband and me for a convention, and this time we came back with our kids for Labor Day weekend. Once again, we had such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, especially with our 4-year-old. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. What made our experience even more special was that we accidentally left our son's bicycle behind, and they kindly kept it safe for almost three weeks until we could retrieve it! That level of care and thoughtfulness really says a lot about their hospitality. We’re so grateful for their kindness and for making both of our stays so memorable. It's the little things that make a big difference, and we will definitely be back! ❤️"
