"My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure."
