"The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing"

"I booked this location as i wanted somewhere safe for my mother to be able to stay and relax while staying in the area. She sent me many beautiful pictures and we appreciated the recommendations for vegetarian food options in the area. The check in process was smooth and there was someone there to help her lift her luggage as well. The only recommendation she had for the place was that the banister leading up the stairs only goes about 2/3 of the way up so when stepping down she didn't have a banister to hold the first few steps making her footing feel unsure on the wooden steps. Otherwise it was perfect! (I tried to leave pictires but the app won't let me)."

Beautiful studio apartment in Columbus Heights in Ocho Rios - Jamaica

"I was pleasantly surprised about my experience at this apartment. I have stayed at Columbus Heights before and was not satisfied. This apartment was very clean and accommodating, and had a wonderful view fromthebalcony. It was like a little home away from home. Agent was pleasant and reachable. I would certainly stay there again, without a second thought. "

My family and I was not happy, and we pay a lot to stay at that house.

"The house was ok, but there was no water to use in the house after 10 pm and early morning, they shut off the water to save to money, when my kids goes out to party at night, then come back to the house and wants to take a shower there is no water in the pipes. My daughter and grand daughter almost got bitten by spider , and my granddaughter kept complaining about bugs crawling all over the floor and ceiling, but most of all it was the water for me , and we couldn't even get a blanket to cover in the night when it was cold it was not good at all. ceiling "
