"This hotel indicates it is inside the Airport precinct and it is not. The map on the site is a fraud. The hotel is located about 2 klm's from the entrance from the airport entrance. The address given is nothing,means nothing to taxi drivers, we had to call into the tourist information office to find it. Internet does not work, beds are poor, air conditioner unusable"

Their Customer service is very bad..we check in very late at 10.30pm and requested for late check out around 3.30pm for next day since we had fligh to catch at night. During check in time they told us no problem with late check out..But The next day the call us and ask us to leave by noon. The hotel rooms was empty but still they refused to allow us to stay until 3pm.Very bad experience."
