"The hotel is run by a lovely French couple. They were extremely nice, interacted with guests quite a bit and even got us a baby bath tube for our baby to be able to have a shower. "Decided to book L'Exil lodge for Valentines day. If your driving very low car, I would strongly recommend leaving the car in the car park, and take the shuttle directly to the hotel, as the road is very bad to get there. Frist they put us in a dark villa with so many room which we did not like. Then we change to other cottage where the safe was not working. "The tent was good, the lunch and dinner were good but the breakfast was poor. We were disappointed with the bed sheets that were not clean, and we were in bad luck with electricity issue it was switching off everyday at 6 am and we should walk all the way down to find someone to fix it, hope they are fixed now. "We would give this 4.5 if we could... The location on the water is amazing and its a really easy walk in to town and a five minute drive to two fantastic beaches. The view and garden is great even if the sea isnt really for swimming in. The hosts were also great and really nice. The only downside is the house is definitely starting to need a little updating... Its a little 'rustic' etc. Still nice though!"
