This property is a scam. The location given on the map is from another property, the phone number as well. We went to the location given and nobody ever heard of it. We tried contacting the host via text but there was no reply from co called “Cedric” (the host). Also, when called up a lady picked up the phone and told me that she has another accommodation. It seems that they are using the pictures, reviews and other details from another accommodation. After wasting 3 hours trying to get in touch with the host we contacted Vrbo to inform them that Villea by Yellow Petals is a scam and we want our money back as we paid in full their answer was “as per cancellation policy, a refund it’s up to the host”. Seriously? Is it up to the scammer to give me the money back? Vrbo, is that a professional answer to someone who got scammed through your website or you just couldn’t be bothered and sort it out?
However, Vrbo I am so disappointed with the service provided by you and I will never use it again. Also, I will advise all of my friends and people around me not to use it too.
