" We came to Tunisia as my partners sister was getting married and it was closer to where he lived in Telboulba . Arriving on a Friday we checked in at 3pm and we was showed our room which I very disappointing . It was small dark and out dated room . The bed was very uncomfortable . The air condition was not working up to standard . The next day we had to complain about the room and asked them to move us to a better room with a good location . We viewed about 3 rooms which was all the same...

"Would never go back there or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff are a bounch of crooks. I had a emergency back home with my mother in law who is in hospice and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the 2 nights. They call a cab to pick us up and take us to the capital of Tunisia and charged us 183.00 USD when the cost was really 30.00 USD. We ended up having to call the tourism police where they gave us our money back. All corrupt would not back."

"The beach is so nice and gorgeous. But, for the hotel, they need to provide bigger parking lot. They need to renovate the hotel rooms; Take off carpet, renovate bathrooms, have internet inside the room, have towels in the room, have more comfortable bed and pillows, clean bed sheets and covers. Have more organized /breakfast/lunch/dinner time. "
