Pros: Visual architecture is beautiful...very organic looking ! Located close to everything in the town, playa, malacon...easy walks...plenty of eating places. Parking is mostly on street but, easy to find and safe. Clean linen everyday...big walk-in showers...artistic ceiling treatment. Cons: Rooms are sparse and, unfortunately, bathrooms smelled slightly of sewer. Overhead shower spray was weak, irregular, and non-adjustable;

It was raining and water went into my room from under the door and the walkways of the hotel were all wet. The entire hotel looks like it would have been very nice at some point but for now just a bit run down. But they are clean, beds and pillows were comfortable but only a sheet to cover. Good location

The hotel is well located and comfortable, but there are many details showing a lack of general care. For example, there is no bidet in the bathroom as shown in the photo; instead, there is a tile covering the drain, and the pipe is still there.

The hotel should have a policy of cancelation due to evaquation when a hurrycane is aproaching and give a REFUNDO of the days not used right away This hotel denyed the refund in money back.

The rooms were clean and had lots of closet/drawer space. The pool was great to have for cooling off. Great atmosphere for hanging out around the pool/library/outdoor picnic area. The restaurant is a bit underwelming. Open for breatkfast only until 11:30 a.m. Food was ok but not much to write home about but there are tons of options nearby. About a football field from the beach. Hotel is on a corner where the breeze comes up from the ocean which is nice. Good value for our $ for sure.

Our family really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were great but could use a bit of maintenance and updating, specifically the shower heads. We’ve frequented this area and something we didn’t enjoy this time was the amount of trash surrounding the hotel. On one of the times we were exiting the hotel, we witnessed a stray dog pooping on the hotel name sign.
