"Delightful B&B with a really good vibe 😊 We generally enjoyed our stay here. Staff were generally helpful and warm, and showed concern when I was ill and unable to join a tour. My only feedback would be on the female staff on night duty on 22/3 - We weren’t aware that the rooftop jacuzzi had to be booked in advance, but she relayed this in a rather inflexible and curt manner that made us feel unwelcome. She had also tried to chase us out of the restaurant area stating that we would have to...

"Alan and the staff were excellent! They made our travel experience easy, relaxing and wonderful from start to finish! They met us at the airport, helped us to rent a vehicle, and contacted us when our room was ready to check into! Breakfast was healthy, fresh and ready on time everyday! They surprised us with a cake, fresh flowers and a handwritten card for our anniversary! "

"All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"

"I have to say that the hotel is a bit old and shabby, but the room was large and spacious. It was also clean, except for under the bed where there was a thick layer of dust, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, the floor felt a bit "sticky" with bare feet, so I recommend wearing slippers. I was very disappointed with the breakfast which was basically inedible. On a positive note, the staff and the General Manager, David, were very friendly and helpful.
