"New hotel and rooms are pleasant enough! Just don't arrive out of hours otherwise you have to try your luck with the automated check in. This is not possible without your booking reference. You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the booking. Had to park on the street! I would rather pay an extra €10 per night for a real person! "

"This is an exemplary property. You will feel like you have been transported to Architectural Digest and the grounds are straight out of a fairytale. The staff is unobtrusive but always handy and helpful. My one caveat is the onsite restaurant is a bit presumptuous but did not live up to the standard. An experience but not one I would repeat "

"A very nice hotel in Cergy within a 10 minute walk of the Port and an easy walk to the train, bus station and shopping. The place was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and good. The staff were extremely accommodating."

"They sent me a message in advance that even though a human is not at the front desk 24/7 you can get into your room. That means a lot when I've experienced a lot less than that. Another thing good about their keypad locks is that they were very helpful about resetting the combination of my door lock when I misplaced my written card. It took seconds and stopped potential thieves who might find my old card."

"The hotel itself was Ok, though under renovation and a bit of a building site. Two major concerns. First, we arrived about 19.30 after a very long day’s travel. The sign at the door said food on Saturdays was limited to a pizza. That would have been fine. But the staff member on duty said even that wasn’t available. So we had to take the car out again to find a restaurant that would accommodate us and a dog on a Saturday night without booking. Not easy or good. Second, the hotel presents itself as dog friendly. Unfortunately we were told we couldn’t have breakfast with the dog in the bar (there was only one other family in there). It meant we had to have breakfast outdoors, which was ok until it started raining. We can’t recommend this hotel to tired hungry travellers or to people with dogs. "
