"We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. "

Toiletries are provided, AC's working fine, it's cold when you get into the room. "The Sugarland Hotel is not a new place but my husband and I enjoyed staying there very much. The rooms and hotel itself have been maintained well and are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We were able to order a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast was good and we were able to order eggs whatever way we liked them.
Shampoo and body wash as well as bar soap are provided in the bathrooms.
