"It was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed in. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The indoor pool was the best indoor pool I've ever seen. I just wish they would have had a hot tub also. We definitely plan on staying there again."

"No shampoo or body wash was in the room and they never brought us one even though we asked for them multiple times. Long check in line and very slow process. Garbage from previous occupants was still in the room. Toilets were not clean. Restaurants were not functioning well and only provided pizza. Awful stay. We won’t be back."

"Room had roaches and smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. There was spit all over the elevator buttons. We left immediately after walking in the room and seeing live roach."

"I stayed at The Swiftwater, and unfortunately, it wasn’t family-friendly as we expected. Kids had to leave the pool after 5 p.m., but this wasn’t mentioned on the website. Beyond that, customer service was lacking. Staff rarely smiled or engaged with us, and when we went to the bar after last call, there was no effort to accommodate even a simple request. While the property itself is beautiful and new, the hospitality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, and I think management needs to make major changes in staffing and approach."

"Parking was convenient and well lit. Doors to balcony and parking had large gaps so room was very drafty. Highway noise was loud. Continental breakfast left much to be desired."

"Amazing Home & Beautiful Property!We had an incredible stay! The home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. This was a much-needed girls’ trip, and it was perfect—everyone had their own space while still enjoying the large, open, and bright common areas.The fireplace added a warm, cozy touch, even with the home’s spacious layout. The décor was beautiful, with thoughtful details and plenty of comfortable seating throughout.We also loved the coffee setup—having a Keurig, French press, and Nespresso was such a great touch for our mornings. The host was very accommodating and communicated clearly and promptly.The backyard felt private and peaceful, the deck was huge, and the hot tub was clean and relaxing.We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!"

"The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the location was great. Our only complaint was that most of the seasonings in the kitchen were empty, there were no paper towels or napkins, and the dishwasher pod container was empty. "
