"Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water."

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical fare. We were there Wednesday to Sunday they never bothered to get garbage or used towels/wash cloths from the room. Apparently you have to request what should be an automatic service. We won’t be back."

"Friday morning breakfast, empty food bins and both coffee stations empty. Attendant seemed to be more interested in being on her phone and not paying attention to her job. Parking between 5:00 and 7:30 PM is horrible since the hotel parking lot is used for an overflow parking for the restaurant across the road. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms."

"My room was clean and in good overall condition. I have stayed here several times in the past, and will continue to do so when in the area. "

"This is an extended stay. A lot of people use this hotel as their house and it shows. The property is run down. The front desk staff is rude and has an attitude. There was something in my roll that was making me sick. I don’t know if it was mold or just needed a better cleaning, but I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. "
