"I received no service at the hostel. After gaining entry there was a keycard with my name attached, but no details as to which room or bed to use. I walked room to room until one opened with the card. The contact phone number left on reception was incorrect so it was not possible to contact people. During my stay I saw 2 dubious couples arrive without bags, quite late in the evening... Facilities were old and tired, the shared bathroom door did not close properly or lock. "Das Hotel war grundsätzlich ziemlich sauber und hat meiner Meinung nach wenig bis kaum Mängel, jedoch war der „Parkplatz“ nichts weiteres als eine Wiese, mit Baumstümpfen und kleinen Hügeln hier und dort. Leider ist uns so ein Baumstumpf nicht aufgefallen (war mit Gras bedeckt) und wir sind da mit unserem Auto drübergefahren und diesen mit dem Autoboden berührt. "It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"Totally exceeded our expectations. Bright, spacious apartment with more than enough scope to self-cater if you wanted to. The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay.
