The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. "This was a great place to stay for a couple nights. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and safe, and sparkling clean. "We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

Stunning views, exceptional staff and service
"This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future."
