WELCOME TO MAGGIE VALLEY! This one-level cabin sits just above the Maggie Valley Fairgrounds and is close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Smoky Mountains, Soco Falls, Cataloochee Ranch, and Lake Junaluska. We love the short- and long-range mountains views off the front deck, the sounds of the rushing water flowing from the water wheel alongside the porch, the glimpses of the area wild goats, elk, fox, bears & groundhogs, the summer hummingbirds and fireflies, as well as the close proximity to area conveniences. We hope you create bountiful memories at our cabin.

The cabin has a comfortable open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light flooding in. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to all area amenities. Easy paved driveway.

Local utility crews are typically very responsive in this area and work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of mountain utility service, discounts or refunds are not offered for outages lasting less than 6 hours.
