"We booked a weekend stay at Nous quite last minute and thought that the location and look was very nice. We arrived after a short drive of around 10 minutes from the airport and were welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink and found we had been upgraded to a suite!! The hotel had a great ambience and nice view, and was very relaxing We had some issues, and they were extremely kind, generous and helpful! They went above and beyond to fix the problem, and really made our stay so much more...

"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "

"The staff is excellent, Aqib, the property manager went above and beyond to make sure that everything is ok, always available when we called him, he upgraded the room with personal jacuzzi which was very clean. Public bus is a plus to explore Fira with affordable price, 2 euros per person and running every 30 min until 10pm."
