"The staff (Rafiqi) is awesome, he was very helpful. The first room that we were in had a problem with the air-conditioning and he quickly moved us to a different room. He is Very friendly and hard-working, thank you. My wife and I both seen small cockroaches in both rooms. With this exception the rooms were clean and well-maintained."

"Rooms were Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed to provide full meals. Loved having a second kitchen upstairs it was a big help.The views were beautiful, and access to the beach is very good just a few steps down the exterior stairway. Plenty of sitting space on the deck/patio. The Jacuzzi worked perfectly and had just been thoroughly cleaned and filled with fresh water on our arrival. The entertainment systems worked perfectly and kept the young ones entertained.We were never able to get the propane fire pit to work. Overall our family had a wonderful time at this expansive house on the beach in Carlsbad!"

"Jimene was an exceptional host. She was communicative and went the extra mile for some unforeseen bumps we experienced. The property is a great location and has everything you might need, especially for the beach. The toys in the bunk room were not expected, but were a pleasant surprise for the 5 kiddos. Our 2 families fit comfortably and it was definitely a trip to remember. We even met the downstairs tenant who was so sweet when I apologized for any noise we are causing with 5 kids. Thank you! It was perfect!"
"This is a great property right on the beach and in walking distance to everything. The property was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the layout functional and spacious. They leave things other guests leave behind, like seasonings, oil, etc. which was really convenient. The beach in front was busy on the weekends but really empty on the weekdays. It was a very quiet unit, with other units being very respectful of the quiet time hours. Had an internet issue one day and Casago was very responsive, sending someone within an hour to fix it. Our vehicle would not fit in the assigned covered parking easily, but we had no problem finding parking up top using the provided pass. We will definitely stay here again."
