Was elated to see that it came with a free mini bar and the other services outside of the room like the fitness room was great.
Sound isolation needs work between rooms.
Room service didn't provide new towels.
Bathroom amenities might need some work in the soap variety department.

"Excellent standard of hotel at the south of Magdeburg. There is public transport here, but the hotel is geared towards the transport-owner. Super helpful staff and even allowed us a last minute breakfast with good humour.
I simply cannot fault this place, it was just right for our stay."

"Just stayed one night the room was very clean but quite basic and the bed was very comfortable . Beer was good and the food was fairly basic with a limited choice which was good in quality

"Stopped off in Magdeburg on my way to Berlin and opted for Mercure hotel. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was clean, comfortable and had good WiFi coverage. Bike friendly, which was a bonus. Would happily use again"

"This hotel is huge but welcoming. The room was a decent amount of space with a comfortable bed. I love that you can do your laundry here. This is a plus for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel for travelling families because of this feature. There is only one washing machine and one dryer but the facilitate free. "
