These rooms have been completely refurbished in the course of our reopening in the summer of 2013 and additionally have their own terrace. Here you will find high-quality designer furniture and a personal bath designed by Friedensreich Hundertwasser. We are happy to serve you our rich artHOTEL breakfast at bedtime - or on the terrace.

But the largest and most impressive landmark of the Elbe city has recently received competition. From a colorful, impetuous, beautiful architectural work of art, which cheers for the time-honored church in the immediate vicinity - The new time is here! The Green Citadel of Magdeburg, designed as one of the last projects of the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser, is the epitome of zest for life. The building in cheerful pink, shows dancing windows and golden tower balls, fragrant flower meadows and bulbous-colored columns. A new hotel has opened in the heart of this sensory oasis: the Arthotel in the Green Citadel, a three-star superior hotel, has been welcoming guests to the city since July 2013.
