"very nice staff, willing to help and even share recommended restaurant that serve authentic southern Thai food. The room was very clean and quiet, didn’t hear any of our neighbors. Staff was very quick acting when I left my phone in the car, they used their walker talkie to help stop the taxi from driving away because my phone fell on the seat! went above and beyond! "

"The property has a quiet and well maintained garden for a comfortable walk. The staff is friendly and pool facility is clean. There are slides in the pool area for children. The room is spacious and some rooms have own balcony. The morning breakfast item choices are less attractive with limited choices of western food."

"Had a good three (3) days stay here at Sleep Mai. The room was comfortable, clean and all your basic needs for a good nights' rest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most , if not all, of them could communicate with basic English, a plus point for us that cannot speak Thai. They try their very best to attend to your needs. I appreciate that very much. The location of the hotel makes it easy to reach most night markets, sight-seeing by foot. Getting a private hire was relative easy. Just have to take note that the entrance to the hotel is in an ally, so some bigger private hires might not be able to drive you to the door step (which wasn't an issue for me). I would stay again. "
